vybe warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of the original purchase of such product. Refunded and replacement products are not eligible for a further warranty replacement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering or unreasonable use. 

Due to continuing improvements, replacement product may differ slightly from the original product purchased.
