Where do you ship to?
Due to increased demand, we are now shipping worldwide!
When will my order arrive?
We process orders daily at 8pm AEST. Australian orders will typically be delivered within 5 business days. International orders may take up to 15 business days, depending on location.
How old do I have to be to order from vybe?
You must be at least 18 years of age to order from vybe. We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Absolutely. The packaging we use for vybe products is completely discreet, with no logos, colours or any other giveaway signs. Your housemates, parents or postie will never know. It'll be our fabulous little secret ;)
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification via e-mail with tracking information for your parcel. Please note, tracking information may not be available until after 6pm on day of shipment. Orders can be tracked by following the link within the email or here via Sendle and Australia Post.
How much is shipping?
We love self love, so for a limited time only, shipping is completely free for all Australian orders. International orders have a flat rate of $25.
What is your return policy?
Purchases made directly from vybe via findyourvybe.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund in the form of store credit. If you are not completely happy with your vybe, please contact our friendly customer service team at info@findyourvybe.com with your order number.
What is your warranty policy?
vybe warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of the original purchase of such product. Replacement products are not eligible for a further warranty replacement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering or unreasonable use.
Where are your toys made?
Our vybes are designed in Australia and made in China. We have a very close relationship with our manufacturer and our team visits them frequently to ensure the facilities continue to operate safely, ethically, and environmentally friendly.
What do your products come with?
All our vybes come with a USB charging cable, a fabric carry bag and instruction manual. As we are environmentally conscious, wall adapters are not included to minimise plastic use.
What materials are your products made of?
All our vybes are made of high quality medical-grade silicone. We recommend using water-based lubricants if needed, as other oils or silicone based lubricants may damage the medical-grade silicone of your vybe over time.
